Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Please note: this is a general-purpose privacy policy template for a content publication. It is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional against the specific services BridgeSols actually implements (analytics, advertising, email provider, hosting) before being relied on as a final legal document.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically as you use the site.

Information you provide: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter; your name, email address, subject, and message if you use the contact form.

2. Automatically collected information

Like most websites, our server and any analytics tools we use may automatically log information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), pages visited, and time spent on the site.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. BridgeSols may use cookies for essential site functionality, to remember preferences, and — where enabled — for analytics and advertising purposes described below. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

4. Analytics

We may use an analytics service (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which articles are read most and how visitors arrive at the site. This is currently a placeholder; see README.md for where the analytics measurement ID would be added if and when analytics is enabled. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify individual visitors.

5. Advertising

BridgeSols may display advertising in the future, including through Google AdSense, to support the cost of producing free content. No advertising network is active on the site at this time — the ad placeholders currently visible on the site are layout reservations only and do not serve ads or set advertising cookies.

6. Google AdSense

If and when Google AdSense is enabled on this site, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites. Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and more broadly through the Digital Advertising Alliance. This section will be updated with specifics once AdSense is active on the site.

7. Third-party services

We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and advertising. These providers may process data on our behalf subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

8. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and is used solely to send you updates from BridgeSols. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your address.

9. Contact forms

Information submitted through our contact form (your name, email address, subject, and message) is sent to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and is used only to respond to your inquiry.

10. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, and contact form submissions for as long as needed to address your inquiry.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through this site. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's privacy

BridgeSols is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, including as new services (analytics, advertising, email providers) are added to the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

15. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent via our Contact page.
